A successful charity golf day was held at the club last Friday, 9 December 2011, to raise funds for the Children's Hospital Xmas Appeal. Due to the wonderful support of the Redlands community, the day managed to raise $10239.50 that was presented to the Royal Children's Hospital (photo attached). A huge thank you the Redlands RSL & Redland Bay Golf Club members and guests that participated in the day. Thanks also to the long list of sponsors and supporters that donated prizes for the event. A huge thanks also to Peter Harrison (Redlands RSL) for helping to deliver this day and also the volunteers from the Redlands RSL who donated time to man raffle holes on course.
